How is this being Financed?

I am hoping this can be a non-profit site that people will contribute to both with money, information, time, or whatever they are able. So far all the expenses for hosting and my time in developing the site have been donated by myself. A person friend (Richard Hansen) and Ancestry.com have provided initial data for the creation of the reconstructed passenger lists. The Immigrant Ancestors Project is supporting a research assistant to help compile the initial passenger lists.  

What I am hoping is that as a non-profit organization, contributions to this project will be tax deductible and that some of the patrons to this site will see the potential benefits and be willing to share in some of the expenses or be able to provide some of the software or equipment. I will be happy to post names of people who contribute and if you want to help support a particular project, your name can be listed as a sponsor to that project.
